At DXC Technology, I manage onboarding and offboarding across APAC, MEA, ANZ, and EMEA, validating employee records in Workday HCM, SAP, and ServiceNow.
I submit payroll inputs to vendors and work with HR Business Partners, payroll teams, and regional stakeholders to resolve employee lifecycle issues and meet SLAs.
I led the Serbia transition to the shared services model by standardizing HR workflows, documenting KPIs, and identifying process improvements. I also partnered with the technical team on Workday–SAP bonus calculation automation.
Earlier, as an HR Intern at E-Mentor and GMR Varalakshmi Foundation, I supported pre-onboarding and recruitment activities, prepared HR recommendations, and contributed to interview training. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Management in HR & Marketing and certifications in HR analytics, labor relations, strategic planning, and HR.
