At Audi of America, I lead an Eastern Region inbound team within the Customer Experience Center, ensuring KPI performance while coaching team members through one-on-one meetings.

I oversee projects, customer cases, and Salesforce CRM knowledge use, and I help strengthen the department’s training and coaching materials. I also partner regularly with regional field teams to identify trends and solve shared customer concerns.

Across roles as Region Case Expert, Special Projects Advocate, E-tron Advocate, and Customer Advocate, I’ve handled sales and service complaints, researched complex product and vehicle-app issues, and coordinated resolution with dealership partners and internal departments. I’ve supported reimbursement, mobility, gifting, CPO transfer, and Audi on demand programs while contributing Salesforce knowledge articles for advocates and training.

Earlier leadership experience at Starbucks and Boston Market built my foundation in staff supervision, customer issue resolution, cash handling, inventory management, and keeping operations moving during peak business periods.
