What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead People & Culture, OD and workforce transformation in a complex organisation, partnering with boards, executives, Trade Unions and staff networks to improve inclusion, leadership capability, colleague experience and performance through measurable change.

At NHS England, I provide senior People & Culture leadership for a workforce of around 15,000 FTE, partnering with executives to strengthen culture, leadership capability, inclusion and colleague experience.

I've led People & Culture strategy, workforce planning, talent, leadership development and EDI at Health Education England, while providing board-level insight and assurance on workforce priorities.

I deliver complex organisational change end to end, including TUPE/COSOP transfers, and build constructive partnerships with Trade Unions, staff networks and senior stakeholders. My approach uses workforce and engagement insight to focus interventions and measure impact.

I'm a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, executive coach and mentor who develops multidisciplinary teams and leaders. My experience spans NHS England, Health Education England, DWP and Compass Group, including large-scale performance management, recruitment and workforce transformation.
