What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build BI reports and dashboards, support SAP-integrated digital transformation, and partner with IT and business teams to improve operational performance through data-driven decisions and automation.

I’m an Electronics and Telecommunications graduate and Business Analyst with enterprise experience across digital systems, business intelligence, data reporting, SAP-integrated environments, and cross-functional technology operations in a leading FMCG organization.

In my current role as a Business Analyst (MDM), I analyze business processes and operational data, build reports and dashboards, and support digital transformation by identifying opportunities for automation and systems optimization. I collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, participate in testing/validation, and assist users with SAP-integrated business operations, data accuracy, and reporting issues.

Before this, I rotated through six IT departments as an Information Technology Graduate Trainee, supporting enterprise digital systems, reporting solutions, UAT, and infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, networking, and SAP-related systems. Earlier experience includes managing branch operations as a Branch Manager and providing technical support and helpdesk services as an Intern Engineer, including VoIP rollout planning and SIP Trunking work that reduced telephone and internet costs by 43%.
