What I'm looking for

I’m open to fully remote roles where I can own category P&L, drive commercial strategy and sourcing, and lead cross-functional delivery—using category reviews, pricing and forecasting to reverse decline and grow brands and private label.

I’m a Commercial, Category & Buying leader with 11+ years of international FMCG and grocery retail experience across the UK, Ireland and GCC. I own multi-million-value category P&Ls and lead portfolios of up to 3,700+ SKUs, combining category strategy, pricing, and supplier partnership building to deliver measurable growth.

I’ve repeatedly reversed decline—restoring an ambient grocery portfolio from a 13% sales decline and 10% volume decline to double-digit growth within 12 months through a full category review, hierarchy reset, and strengthened supplier and promotional plans. I also delivered 8% month-on-month sales growth and 12% volume growth with a new petcare shop-in-shop concept by partnering with Mars, and expanded private-label propositions by negotiating and launching 70 new herbs and spices SKUs.

Currently, as an FMCG Commercial Manager at Majid Al Futtaim – Carrefour UAE, I lead the ambient grocery commercial agenda with accountability for category P&L, strategy, assortment, pricing, supplier negotiations, and forecasting. I bring strong cross-functional leadership exposure across operations, finance, marketing, supply chain, technical, legal, digital and e-commerce—while mentoring and collaborating to drive category transformation.
