I've led online education, academic operations, and enterprise training across Magellan Learning Solutions, the College of Southern Maryland, and the U.S. Congress. My work connects strategy, instructional design, technology, compliance, and student success.

At Magellan Learning Solutions, I guide market analysis, online-program strategy, creative and academic teams, Title IV-compliant financial aid models, and accelerated eight-week program design. I focus on building cohesive online education ecosystems that generate quality leads and support sustainable enrollment growth.

At the College of Southern Maryland, I launched Early College Programs across three counties, resulting in 64 pilot graduates, chaired curriculum and K-16 committees, and led curriculum software integration with the Student Information System. I also managed Learning Support Services budgets and fiscal allocations aligned with institutional priorities.

During my career with the House and Senate, I created learner support systems serving 10,000+ House staff, launched an LMS for 3,000+ Senate staff, and managed a $500K training budget. I bring more than 25 years of experience designing learning infrastructure, developing faculty and staff, and leading large-scale education operations.
