At Oviva, I lead end-to-end UX for internal web tools, patient pathways, and CRM touchpoints across Switzerland, Germany, and the UK. I was promoted from Junior to Mid-Level Product Designer within 1.5 years.
I redesigned the internal patient profile dashboard to cut administrative work by 43 seconds per task, modernized health coach applications during a tech-stack migration, and concepted an AI-powered chat suggestion engine to support faster, individualized clinical care.
I build systems that make complex work easier: Oviva's first Figma email design system, Health Coach web-app style guides, component review workflows, and design-to-engineering QA processes. I also use journey mapping and discovery workshops to improve onboarding, retention, acquisition, and lifecycle communications across regulated healthcare markets.
Earlier, I designed a conceptual multimodal infotainment system for Level 4 autonomous vehicles with Aptiv, Gestoos, and German Autolabs, combining haptics, gesture detection, and conversational AI.
