What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Agile program/project delivery where I can strengthen governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment—using Scrum/SAFe practices to drive customer satisfaction, timely go-lives, and continuous improvement across IT transformation initiatives.

I’m a Program/Project Manager and Scrum Master with 15+ years in global IT, focused on delivering IT and business services aligned to organizational goals. I combine program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to drive operational efficiency and measurable outcomes.

In my current role at Cognizant Technologies Pvt Ltd, I analyze and mitigate program risks using Generative AI tools, deliver high-quality services under the DaaS model, and establish an embedded Agile/Scrum framework using ServiceNow SURF AI to accelerate delivery. I also manage multi-million budgets across ServiceNow streams and lead complex initiatives from planning through execution.

Previously, I managed APAC digital transformation programs at Bandgi Technologies Pvt Ltd, identifying risks and capacity issues to improve delivery efficiency, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximum customer satisfaction. Earlier, as a Critical thinker in proposal and program execution roles, I supported organizations with RFP/proposal management, process improvements, and stakeholder coordination in agile environments.
