I'm looking to improve safety, compliance, and operational performance through scalable processes, data-driven reporting, cross-functional partnership, and training that drives adoption.

At Gordon Food Service, I manage transportation safety and compliance relationships across 14 divisions, supporting more than 2,300 drivers and operational leaders. I turn safety standards into scalable workflows, dashboards, reporting tools, and recommendations that improve visibility and reduce risk.

I've also led CDL onboarding and compliance training, coached employees, and partnered with Operations, Legal, HR, IT, and leadership teams to drive adoption of safety initiatives. My experience as a business owner strengthens my customer focus, communication, and operational discipline.
