At Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), I analyzed shop and process information to investigate operational delays, including the drain process and steaming operation. I used Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams and root-cause analysis to identify waste, defects and quality issues, and developed a related Primavera P6 scheduling project.
At Habib Sugar Mills Limited and GENCO-I, I gained practical exposure to manufacturing operations, maintenance, equipment and workplace safety. My academic projects have applied Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC and Kaizen to process and quality improvement, and I’m seeking opportunities in project management, planning, industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality and process improvement.
