I’m looking to lead BI and analytics initiatives—building scalable Power BI reporting, DWH models, and automated ETL—while partnering with business/IT in high-load, digitally transforming environments.

I’m a Strategic Data Analyst and BI expert with nearly 6 years of experience specializing in high-load data environments and digital transformation. I focus on building scalable data models and automating ETL pipelines, turning complex operational data into actionable insights.

In my current BI Analyst role at EPAM Kazakhstan, I lead large-scale digital transformation projects across Oil & Gas, Finance, and E-commerce. I direct the full lifecycle of Power BI reporting for operational efficiency and performance, run data profiling and data assessment with advanced SQL to protect data integrity, and manage Agile ceremonies and complex backlogs (Epics, Features, Stories).

Previously at Cybernetica.com, as Head of Analytics, I led a team of analysts and owned departmental performance and efficiency metrics. I delivered complex database modeling and large-scale analytical frameworks, completed the financial consolidation of 15 companies (including eliminating intra-group transactions), and designed and implemented ETL/ELT for data migration from 1C to MS SQL and CasPlan—while developing over 20 data models and authoring high-complexity SQL queries.
