Quinn Doyle

I create data-informed policy reports, briefs, and recommendations for Philadelphia public-sector teams. At the Temple Master’s in Public Policy Department, I produce statistical reports on enrollment, retention, alumni careers, and residency using Excel and R.

My work with Councilwoman Lozada’s District 7 office and the Philadelphia City Controller’s Office has included land-development analysis, housing and zoning policy memos, revenue projections, regressions, City Council briefs, and constituent outreach.

I’ve also supported political consulting, campaign finance, fundraising strategy, and communications projects, including leading a policy project on urban tree development for economic growth in Philadelphia. I bring professional writing, stakeholder engagement, content strategy, and project management to public policy work.
