My journey has taken me from traditional retail to the dynamic startup world, where I founded a B2B SaaS company that integrates digital technologies with modern business strategies. I have a proven track record in negotiating with department stores, scaling retail operations, and leading multi-market initiatives across Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.

As the Co-Founder and COO of Fornate, I spearheaded the development of an AI-powered HR collaboration platform, successfully managing cross-border teams and securing over 30 clients before our platform's launch. My previous role as Co-Founder and CEO of Workross allowed me to design innovative products that bridge the gap between candidates and recruiters, leading to significant client acquisition and monetization.
