I am a strategic executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across the electronics, consumer tech, and OEM/ODM industries. My proven track record in project lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, business development, and product innovation has enabled me to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams effectively. I have a strong focus on driving cost efficiency, launching market-leading products, and executing strategic transformations in Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia.

Throughout my career, I have held key positions such as Head of Project Management at Allring Tech. Co., Ltd., where I led a team of over 20 staff and achieved a 12.84% reduction in procurement costs. At FIH Mobile Ltd. (Foxconn), I built a New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering organization from scratch and successfully delivered two full-cycle product launches into mass production on schedule. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to found In-Trust Tech. Co., Ltd., where I integrated R&D, marketing, supply chain, and branding, resulting in significant crowdfunding revenue and a top-10 ranked massage brand in Taiwan.
