What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where I can use technical analysis, client support, and case management experience to support individuals and communities through communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and high-quality service.

At Optimum, I design fiber routes and coax plant networks, perform splicing design, calculate optical power budgets, and verify network accuracy through testing and as-built documentation.

I’ve also supported internet, TV, and voice customers, while managing shelter operations at Volunteers of America and helping 30–60 clients daily with housing, transportation, and stability planning.
