I’m seeking a full-time Technical Operations Specialist, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Field Service Coordinator, Network Operations, or Technical Support position where I can lead troubleshooting and field operations, manage priorities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

I’m a Senior Technical Operations Specialist with more than 15 years supporting telecommunications, network infrastructure, technical troubleshooting, and field service management. I coordinate technical operations end-to-end—from diagnosing complex issues to keeping field work moving—while prioritizing customer experience.

At COMCAST, I delivered residential and commercial support by installing, configuring, activating, maintaining, and troubleshooting services across internet, television, voice, networking, and home security systems. I coordinated daily field operations with multiple customer appointments and service requests, maintained accurate electronic documentation and work order completion, and stepped in as Acting Supervisor to provide operational guidance.

I’m also experienced in training and leadership, mentoring newly hired technicians on installation procedures, troubleshooting methods, safety standards, and customer service. I’ve supported Fiber Optic, DOCSIS, CMTS, Coaxial, Wi-Fi, and IP Networking technologies, consistently meeting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

More recently, I broadened my technical scope as an Audio / Visual AV Technician with FTR AUDIO & VISUAL, installing courtroom audio/video systems and configuring IP-based equipment such as cameras, microphones, monitors, switches, and digital control systems. I’m now seeking full-time Technical Operations, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Field Service Coordinator, Network Operations, or Technical Support work where I can keep delivering operational excellence.
