I am a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer with a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University. My career has been marked by a commitment to improving system reliability and performance through innovative solutions and collaboration. At TikTok, I standardized on-call protocols and streamlined incident response, significantly enhancing system stability and reducing mean time to recovery (MTTR).

Previously, I worked at Shopify as a Production Engineer, where I managed incident responses across multiple teams, leading to a reduction in response times. My experience at Realself Inc. involved creating AWS CloudFormation templates and implementing a new on-call structure that improved service level agreements (SLAs).
