What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Site Reliability Engineer position where I can bring my skills in incident resolution and cross-team collaboration to support reliable services.

At Hotspex Media, I support production cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, including as a Tier-3 escalation point for complex incidents. I designed and maintained reusable Terraform modules to standardize infrastructure across environments.

I also built CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions and Terraform, and operated monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and New Relic. During an AWS availability incident, I traced elevated application errors through infrastructure and dependencies, restored service, and implemented monitoring and preventive controls.

At Insight2Actions, I supported cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, and production reliability for enterprise clients, and worked as a Data Engineer on GCP analytics pipelines. Earlier, at Bpcl, I worked on data engineering and predictive analytics, including ETL/ELT pipelines and Kubernetes-based model deployments.
