I've built and operated production infrastructure at IQVIA using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD across development through production environments. I support Amazon EKS workloads, troubleshoot incidents, improve SLO/SLI monitoring, and automate operational work with Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash.
Previously at TigerIT Bangladesh, I designed self-managed Kubernetes infrastructure across 65 physical servers in two datacenters and led implementation of a WebRTC enterprise communication platform using Jitsi and Janus Gateway. My earlier work spans IoT monitoring systems, embedded Linux, financial analytics applications, AWS, Python, Java, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MQTT.
