What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead industrial AI, digital manufacturing, process optimization, and sustainability initiatives that create measurable value for complex manufacturing operations.

I've led digital manufacturing and consulting engagements for Ingenero Technologies and Reliance Industries, delivering production improvements worth approximately US$4M annually for global petrochemical clients. My work spans AI-driven benchmarking, failure prediction, run-length forecasting, ethane furnace optimization, KPI dashboards, and MES implementation.

With 12+ years in petrochemicals, I've commissioned a major LLDPE facility and led process optimization, APC, technology reviews, catalyst evaluation, quality improvement, and new product development. I also create technical sustainability content through my YouTube channel, All About Sustainability.
