At Hindalco Industries Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group), I delivered ~₹38 Cr in annual EBITDA impact by improving productivity and deploying an AI-driven prescriptive dashboard. I also conceptualized a multi-agent AI system to optimize refinery performance.
I lead digital transformation at the plant, including end-to-end deployment of AVEVA PI, integration of DCS data, and development of 15+ real-time dashboards. This work increased equipment availability from 97% to 99% and improved insight latency by 90%.
I’m also leading execution of a ₹40 Cr+ Dual Burner Management System and have contributed to energy and process improvements, including a refractory design that reduced HFO consumption. My work has been recognized with a Gold Award at the Hindalco Digital Conclave, and I authored and represented HIL at IBAAS-IMMT-IIM 2025.
