What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to manage marketplace operations, vendor communication, product listings, inventory, and sales growth while improving customer satisfaction and end-to-end order fulfillment.

At FernsNPetals, I manage and optimize product listings, sales strategies, and customer relationships across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other online marketplaces.

I use inventory management, SEO, advertising campaigns, and performance data to improve stock availability, traffic, conversions, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. I also work with cross-functional teams to maintain marketplace compliance, smooth operations, and timely deliveries.

I lead the Pincode Project, coordinating vendor communication, order-management processes, and incoming orders end to end. I currently lead the M-Now Process, monitoring order flow and ensuring seamless vendor and operational coordination.

My background also includes customer care and sales roles at Redcliffe Labs, Dhani Loans and Services, and Teleperformance, where I resolved customer issues, supported clients, generated leads, and built lasting customer relationships.
