At INFINITY FINCORP SOLUTIONS, I built an in-house AI-powered Debt Collections Platform now live across 3 states. Its Early Warning System and reconciliation dashboards improved field productivity by 20% and shortened reconciliation cycles from T+3 to T+2 days.
I’m also driving product discovery for an Agentic AI platform for loan eligibility screening and credit insights, while supporting modernization of the Loan Management System. I led the organization’s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and designed its IT and Security Governance Operating Model.
At CELESTIAL SYSTEMS, I managed delivery of an electronic trial master file platform for a pharmaceutical client, a digital wallet and payment platform, and an enterprise learning platform. Earlier, I defined product strategy for industrial technology at PRINT ELECTRONICS EQUIPMENT PVT.
