I am an experienced disability support worker and hospitality professional with a strong background in client-focused care, medication administration, manual handling and food services. I hold a Certificate IV in Disability and vocational qualifications in hospitality and security.
Over recent years I have worked as a support worker delivering NDIS-aligned care, following individual care plans, supporting community access, assisting with exercise programs and managing clinical supports such as catheter and stoma care. I consistently follow safe working practices and NDIS worker orientation requirements.
Earlier in my career I developed extensive kitchen and hospitality experience as a chef across multiple venues, responsible for stock control, food safety, hygiene standards, menu service and training junior staff. I also have experience in warehousing and customer/security roles, including forklift operation and first aid.
I am multilingual (English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu), adaptable under pressure and motivated to contribute to a caring team that prioritises client wellbeing and high operational standards.
