I'm looking for a full-time remote role supporting enterprise or global customers, where I can resolve technical issues, improve customer outcomes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to customer adoption and service delivery.

At Accenture Solutions, I delivered enterprise customer support across phone, email, and live chat, maintaining a 95%+ customer issue resolution rate while exceeding productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
