IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At IQVIA, I automated 175+ UI test cases using Selenium (C#) and NUnit, with SpecFlow for BDD-style scenarios. This reduced manual effort by 40% and improved test coverage.
I also performed manual, exploratory, functional, regression, and UI testing for web applications. I created and maintained test cases, tracked defects in Jira, and collaborated with developers, business analysts, and product owners on coverage and release readiness.
At IQVIA, I reviewed software validation documents for template, version-control, and signature/date compliance, using checklists to flag discrepancies and support traceability and audit readiness. I also tested AI-driven workflows and an AI chatbot using Azure OpenAI.
Earlier, at Paytm, I analyzed customer feedback and ticket records with SQL, contributing to a 15% reduction in repeat support queries while maintaining 95% CSAT. I’m interested in growing toward Product Management through cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product stakeholders.
