What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level Customer Success role where I can understand client needs and help customers get more value from a product.

As a Karate Coach, I trained students at different skill levels, adjusted instruction to their needs, and tracked individual progress over repeated sessions.

I communicated techniques and feedback clearly, helping students build their skills through consistent guidance.

As a Judo Referee at a district-level competition, I made quick, rule-based decisions under time pressure and communicated with players and coaches. I handled disputes and edge cases calmly while keeping the process fair.

I presented in group projects and completed coursework in business communication and operations. I’m interested in understanding client needs and helping customers get more value from a product.
