What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help cross-functional teams deliver projects through Scrum, clear stakeholder communication, practical Jira processes, blocker removal, and continuous improvement.

At NuvemRx, I served as Scrum Master for multiple distributed cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum events, removing blockers, and supporting teams in achieving sprint goals.

I mentored teams on Agile best practices and Jira usage, configured and optimized Jira around project needs, and helped prepare releases by resolving release blockers. I also ensured clear communication between development teams, stakeholders, and other departments.

Previously at Impltech and Eurolife Ukraine, I managed projects from initiation through closure, gathered requirements, converted them into tasks, maintained documentation, tracked progress, and managed risks and dependencies.

My earlier international cooperation work strengthened my ability to coordinate with domestic and international institutions, analyze information, prepare reports and presentations, and handle confidential information carefully.
