What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Agile environment where I can coach teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies and planning (including SAFe when needed), and drive continuous improvement—helping deliver on time and on budget by removing blockers and strengthening collaboration.

I’m a Scrum Master and Agile Coach who guides teams through Scrum ways of working, removing obstacles, facilitating ceremonies, and coaching continuous improvement. At 3Shape, I helped successfully implement Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, supported conflict resolution, and managed dependencies to keep teams productive and aligned.

Before that, I worked as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master of Practice, actively engaging with the Scrum Master Community and facilitating events across multiple teams, including Quarterly Planning and SAFe-related ways of working. I’ve also led distributed teams and supported delivery as a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead, and earlier built testing strategy and quality practices as a Senior Test Engineer—bringing a delivery-and-quality mindset to every Agile transformation I support.
