At McClintock University, I teach undergraduate and graduate courses in ethics, corporate governance, and operations management. I develop lectures and learning materials and use Google Classroom and other online tools.
Since 2021, I’ve provided counselling and organisational leadership consultancy, including personal development training, coaching, and mentoring. Earlier, as a Loans Officer at Opportunity Bank of Malawi, I conducted business appraisals, supported loan recovery, and trained clients in financial literacy and business management.
