What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an education-focused role where I can lead programs and deliver student-centered sessions, collaborate with schools and parents, and build safe, engaging learning experiences with strong on-ground execution.

I’m a Program Manager and educator with 5+ years of experience across NGO and school settings, working directly with children and communities. I focus on creating safe, engaging learning environments and ensuring smooth on-ground execution.

In my roles, I’ve managed programs end-to-end—coordinating daily delivery with teachers and schools, leading stakeholder planning and updates, and running admissions and onboarding. I’ve also collected feedback to improve program quality and organized events and showcases to build confidence and participation.

As a classroom facilitator, I delivered activity-based instruction to 30+ students, designed lesson plans to boost engagement, and supported learning through targeted interventions. I’ve also led sensitive-topic sessions for adolescent girls and used music workshops (songwriting and composition) to build life skills and meaningful discussions.
