I'm looking to continue delivering customer-centric solutions in fast-paced global support environments, using omnichannel support, case ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experiences.

I've supported Amazon.com’s US Marketplace at TELUS Digital, resolving order, delivery, returns, refunds, replacement, payment, account access, and product-related concerns through live chat.

I investigate complex cases using account information, order history, and CRM resources, maintain complete case ownership, and collaborate on escalations while meeting SLA, quality, policy, and data privacy requirements.
