What I'm looking for

I’m looking for entry-level legal research and drafting roles where I can support litigation and policy work, analyze statutes and judgments, and produce precise written memos—while learning directly from senior counsel and teams.

I’m a law graduate with hands-on experience as a legal research and dispute-resolution intern, where I turned dense regulatory and case-law material into structured written work. I’m drawn to roles that value accuracy, clarity, and research that’s immediately useful to decision-makers.

In my recent internship with the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India, I drafted multiple research notes on regulatory frameworks and supported internal deliberations on legal services liberalisation. I also authored a structured policy analysis on an institutional framework for Advocate Fee Recovery Tribunals, and helped the Legislative Department through briefing-note drafting for legal services and advocates’ regulation legislation.

During judicial internship work, I analysed criminal orders and judgments to map recurring procedural and substantive patterns for the presiding judge’s reference, and I built working familiarity with court case-management workflows. In dispute-resolution settings, I drafted written statements, applications, and rejoinders for commercial and insurance disputes, and supported end-to-end case preparation from pleadings to hearing.

Across my research roles, I’ve strengthened my grounding in insolvency, insurance, and contract doctrines—producing case briefs for senior counsel and drafting legal memoranda on procedural questions. My professional ethos is simple: research deeply, draft precisely, and communicate in a way that helps teams move faster with confidence.
