Priyanka Kushwah

I serve as Secretary at Uday Bhav Society for Women Empowerment, mobilizing youth and women toward better livelihoods through entrepreneurship, financial education, and communication training.

For the past 10 years, I’ve worked as an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, institutional trainer, and research paper writer. I develop and implement management tools for capacity building, employer branding, and change management, drawing on my MBA in Marketing.

I’ve represented educational institutes as a Marketing Consultant and non-government organizations as a social activist. My recent work includes serving as a Certified Resource Person for the Securities and Exchange Board of India, developing an education program for imprisoned women at Central Jail, Gwalior, and delivering menstruation hygiene awareness with UNICHARM (Sofy).

I deliver sessions on business idea identification, financial literacy, self-administration, change management, negotiation, and women’s empowerment across urban and rural locations. My research on employee retention and green marketing has received Best Paper Awards at national and international conferences.
