I am a dedicated and compassionate Life Skills Trainer with experience designing and delivering interactive programs that build communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and career readiness.

I currently serve as Lead Trainer at UGIE, Rourkela / Macmillan Education India, where I conduct needs assessments, design comprehensive curricula, facilitate dynamic sessions, and evaluate program effectiveness to equip participants with essential soft skills.

Previously, I held roles in branch management, internal auditing, and accounting—bringing strengths in sales planning, credit review, risk management, audit reporting, and financial operations that enhance my training credibility and program impact.

I hold a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce from IGNOU, am proficient with computer applications, and am driven to help diverse populations—including youth and individuals with special needs—achieve confidence, independence, and professional success.
