I’m an experienced Soft Skills & Behavioural Trainer with over fifteen years across academia, corporate training, and content creation. I design and deliver high-impact training programs for students, teachers, and professionals, with a clear focus on communication skills, personality development, emotional intelligence, and employability enhancement.
In my most recent role as Content Manager (Applt) from Dec 2017–2025, I designed learning modules and communication resources and collaborated with cross-functional teams to align content with training and business objectives. I’ve also led placement and soft-skills training as an Assistant Professor (HRM), delivered business communication and personality workshops at a military college, and facilitated teacher training and emotional intelligence sessions through multiple government and educational initiatives—earning AWWA Certificate of Excellence (2017 & 2025) and publishing a research paper in an international journal.
