What I'm looking for

I'm looking to shape product strategy through qualitative research, partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams on health tech, AI, and enterprise platforms.

I've led UX research for Everwell Health Solutions' 99DOTS digital adherence platform and public-health systems with India's Central Tuberculosis Division, translating fieldwork with healthcare providers and TB patients into product requirements and redesign decisions.

Across Human Factors International, independent consulting clients including Microsoft Research India and IIIT Bangalore, and a medical EdTech product, I design and run interviews, usability tests, diary studies, and field research. I've also led product strategy for Amygb.ai's AI-powered document-processing platform and bring experience connecting users, product, design, engineering, and programme stakeholders.
