At Autonomize AI, I served as the primary product requirements and business analysis owner for AI-enabled healthcare products across correspondence, prior authorization, and case audit. I drove initiatives from discovery and requirements through design, development, UAT, and production delivery.
I drove requirements for an enterprise healthcare correspondence platform supporting 10,000+ letter templates across five business units. My work focused on simplifying how member and provider communications are created, managed, and delivered.
I also defined workflows for AI-powered document intake and processing, including classification, information extraction, validation, and exception handling. I contributed to LLM- and NLP-enabled automation by defining business rules, expected outputs, validation requirements, and human-review scenarios with AI and data science teams.
Earlier, I worked on Medicare Advantage enrollment, claims, and billing solutions at UST, and clinical healthcare implementations at Allscripts LLP. Across these roles, I translated business and clinical needs into requirements, supported delivery and testing, and worked with healthcare teams on workflows involving CCDA and FHIR.
