I am a motivated and results-driven ServiceNow Developer with over two years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and solutions. My journey began with a strong educational foundation, earning my B.Tech/B.E. in 2022, which equipped me with the technical skills necessary to excel in the IT landscape.

In my current role as a Senior Software Engineer at Nihilent, I have successfully designed and developed ServiceNow Virtual Agent conversations that automate routine IT support tasks. My work includes creating custom topics using Virtual Agent Designer and applying NLP and conditional logic to enhance user interactions. Previously, I contributed to Verterim Inc. as a Consultant, where I developed custom reports and dashboards that provided stakeholders with actionable insights into the organization’s GRC posture. My expertise extends to ITOM, where I have hands-on experience with Discovery, CMDB, and Business Rules, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of CI data.
