I’m a Dynamics 365 CRM professional with a total of about 8 years of experience, focused on configuration, customization, and enhancement of CRM systems. I seek a position where my MS Dynamics CRM technical design skills will be fully utilized to obtain efficacy and effectiveness in the organization.
Across roles at LTI, Accenture, and IBM, I’ve built and supported CRM features such as plugins, workflows, custom workflows, ribbon customization, BPF, security roles, and business rules, while delivering integration using SSIS (Kingswaysoft) and Microsoft platforms like Power Automate and Power BI. I’m also experienced in creating/expanding entities and model-driven apps, troubleshooting issues via testing (functional, non-functional, regression, and performance), and supporting end users to keep applications reliable.

Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Enhanced Dynamics CRM entity forms and UI behaviors using JavaScript, ribbon customizations, and ribbon workbench to implement conditional logic and new/updated commands. Developed and supported workflows, plugins, custom APIs integrating with 3rd-party Azure web services, and troubleshooting activities to restore broken functionality.
Implemented Dynamics CRM Inquiry Management by creating a new Inquiry entity and automating Lead/Case creation using business process flows, workflows, and plugins. Built SSIS-based data migration between CRM instances and CRM-to-SQL, and delivered Power BI reporting integrated into CRM dashboards.
