I am a dedicated maritime professional with strong administrative and crewing expertise, focused on improving vessel efficiency and crew satisfaction. I manage crew placements, coordinate changes, and ensure timely logistics for seafarers.

In my roles I oversee vessel operations and scheduling, liaise with masters, port agents and ship owners, and monitor port calls to support smooth cargo handling. I actively manage documentation, reports, and KPIs to keep operations transparent and accountable.

I have led cost-control and budgeting efforts, negotiated with suppliers, and implemented process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency. I also supported internal and external audits, maintaining compliance with ISO and RPSL standards and DG Shipping requirements.

I bring strong MS Office and maritime software skills, hands-on QMS experience (including Web Shipmate coordination and training), and a practical, results-oriented approach to teamwork, problem solving, and staff development.
