I'm interested in advancing evidence-based proposal practice through research, knowledge sharing, practical innovation, AI-enabled workflows, and stronger competitive decision-making across procurement and international development environments.

I've led proposal strategy, procurement, and competitive bidding for organisations pursuing donor-funded, commercial, and public-sector opportunities across Africa, the UK, and the US. At Kenmaris Services Limited, I progressed from Bid & Proposal Coordinator to Senior Bid & Tender Manager, supporting opportunities involving UNDP, USAID, FCDO, FAO, AfDB, GIZ, and COMESA.

At TendersGroup UK, I managed end-to-end public-sector bids across healthcare, social care, housing, construction, facilities management, and local authority procurement. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams, turn complex evaluation requirements into compliant responses, and strengthen bid decisions through opportunity assessment, competitor analysis, structured reviews, and knowledge reuse.

Through InsideTheBidROOM, which I founded, I research procurement systems, evaluator behaviour, institutional decision-making, and AI in proposal development. I publish practical resources, deliver training and presentations, and co-founded the Africa Bids Community to expand knowledge sharing across proposal, procurement, grant, and business development professionals.
