I’m a customer experience professional with 3+ years of SaaS support experience across technical, account, and product support via tickets and live channels. I’m skilled in troubleshooting, managing high-volume requests, and improving CX metrics like CSAT and response times.

I partner with engineering teams to report bugs and track resolution progress, while acting as the “voice of the customer” by spotting recurring issues and surfacing trends. I’m also proactive about onboarding, product adoption, process improvements, and maintaining clear documentation to support fast, high-quality service.
