What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can combine psychology-trained judgment with careful content moderation or people support, grow my skills, and contribute to compliance, empathy, and continuous improvement.

I’m a recent Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduate who’s eager to begin my career by exploring, developing new skills, and gaining experience in a professional setting. Through my coursework and internship work, I built a strong foundation in administering and interpreting psychological tests, writing psychological reports, and supporting people with care and structure.

I’ve also worked as a Customer Service (Content Moderator), reviewing and moderating thousands of user-generated comments and videos daily to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. I identify and remove harmful or inappropriate content, collaborate with quality assurance teams to improve moderation processes, and strengthen emotional resilience through regular exposure to sensitive materials—while using moderation tools and internal dashboards to track and document decisions.
