I’m a content moderator who can maintain a safe and positive user environment by moderating user-generated content across online and live streaming platforms. I’m known for attention to detail and for handling high-volume tasks while meeting daily targets and quality standards.

At the Department of Labor and Employment, I helped by handling employee complaints and addressing work-related concerns professionally. I also encoded the records of newly hired employees and notified company representatives for the Mandatory Conference.

As a Bureau of Customs intern, I reviewed crew lists and related files for completeness, input vehicle chassis and plate numbers into the system for import and export documentation, and assessed declared value of goods while checking documents for errors or inconsistencies.
