What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product-focused role where I can use SQL, Python, BigQuery, dbt, and Tableau to diagnose churn/retention and run experiments—then clearly communicate insights to drive decisions. I value teams that trust data-quality and iterate fast.

I’m a product-minded analyst with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA, focused on turning raw product and customer data into clear, actionable recommendations. I’ve built end-to-end analytics projects across churn and retention, automated experimentation data pipelines, and mobile engagement analytics, translating metrics into decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I’m strongest at identifying at-risk user segments and quantifying product health through cohort/retention analysis, KPI and dashboard design, and A/B testing methodology. I use SQL, Python, dbt, BigQuery, and Tableau to automate data cleaning, improve trust in results with data-quality tests, and communicate insights through data storytelling. As a Lecturer (MBA), I also apply SQL-based market segmentation and analytics reporting to help others learn practical, product-focused analysis.
