What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time data analytics role where I can build dashboards, analyze business performance, automate reporting, and turn customer and operational data into actionable revenue and retention insights.

I've built end-to-end business intelligence solutions using SQL, Python, MySQL, and Power BI to uncover churn, retention, and revenue opportunities.

In my RetailPlus customer segmentation project, I analyzed 1,468 customers, identified ₹2.16M in revenue exposure linked to churn, and highlighted a 3–6% revenue recovery opportunity through an executive dashboard. I used RFM segmentation and statistical testing to validate churn and revenue differences across customer groups.

For Shopease, I analyzed roughly 16K customers and more than 1M events with SQL and Google BigQuery, identifying checkout leakage, 90-day churn, and revenue concentration trends. I developed an interactive Power BI dashboard for funnel, retention, and revenue KPIs.

After earning a Civil Engineering degree from Mumbai University, I transitioned into data analytics through self-directed learning, hands-on projects, and certifications in SQL, Python, Power BI, and statistical analysis.
