I’m a Data Analyst with hands-on experience analyzing large-scale behavioral and transactional datasets across e-commerce, customer analytics, and product analytics. I focus on turning messy data into clear KPIs, segmentation insights, and decision-ready dashboards.

In my Data Science Trainee & Intern experience through the Remote NZT Data Science Program, I completed a six-month analytics training covering SQL, Python, Tableau, statistics, and business analytics. I performed data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, SQL querying, and dashboard development across applied case studies—then built segmentation, retention, funnel, and KPI reporting solutions under mentor review.

My project work strengthens my ability to connect analysis to impact: I built funnel analysis and customer segmentation for 100,000+ purchase records and created Tableau dashboards tracking revenue, AOV, repeat purchase rate, and conversion KPIs. I also developed churn intelligence by engineering RFM and behavioral features and training Logistic Regression and XGBoost models on 50,000+ customers, supporting retention campaign prioritization with dashboards for high-risk segments.

Beyond retention and funnels, I’ve analyzed streaming and engagement data (120,000+ sessions) using cohort and segmentation approaches, and I’ve designed A/B experimentation analysis on 100,000+ simulated users using statistical hypothesis testing and confidence intervals. I’m energized by data products that combine cohort thinking, experimentation, and predictive analytics to drive better customer experiences and measurable outcomes.
