I’m looking for a role where I can grow commercial revenue through client relationship management and credit risk expertise, backed by KPI dashboards and data-driven insights that improve decisions, retention, and profitability.

I’m a results-driven Business Development and Commercial Banking professional with over 10 years of progressive experience across banking, business development, operations, and supply chain functions. I focus on turning client, sales, and market signals into actionable decisions that move performance forward.

In my current role as a Business Development Manager, I analyze sales and market data to identify new opportunities and support double-digit revenue targets. I track and report revenue performance and client KPIs using structured Excel-based dashboards that give real-time management visibility, and I design data-informed sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Previously, as a Commercial Banking – Relationship Manager at Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, I managed and analyzed a diversified commercial client portfolio. I conducted financial statement, cash flow, and credit risk analysis, created data-supported credit appraisal reports, monitored portfolio KPIs, and proactively escalated risk issues while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
