I’m looking to lead remote-first program operations for health, wellness, or human performance initiatives—building workflows, cross-functional teams, and measurable outcomes while partnering closely with stakeholders and clients.

I’m an operations and program management professional with 14+ years of experience designing, coordinating, and scaling programs across wellness, health services, and consulting environments. I build cross-functional teams, structured program frameworks, and strong client and stakeholder relationships—especially in remote-first settings.

As Founder & Operations Lead at AD ASTRA STUDIOS, I designed and launched operational programs for a consulting practice serving global clients, growing the team from 0 to 15. I built delivery workflows and client onboarding systems, led hiring and training, and oversaw documentation, reporting, and compliance workflows across a distributed environment.

Earlier, I supported operational and program frameworks as an Operations & Strategy Consultant at KARIGARI, and I designed and delivered virtual wellness and human performance programs as an Independent consultant (mobility, injury prevention, functional health).
